Running an AMC Service Business is not a normal business work to do. It has it's own additional challenges or problem statement. AMC Business have more additional work to do where after sale support decides Business growth & journey but this activity is very energy and resources consuming task with its owne diverse challenges. 1. No Growth or Brand Building after working for so many Years
2. Technician/Staff doing lot of Time pass or waste time on unproductive work.

9. The whole Company runs in fire-fighting mode i.e Just work on the Customer who is in front of us or who he is very angry. No standardize process

11. No reminders or scheduling mechanism in place due to which no ones knows when to give Service to whom.
12. Owner dependency/involvement on Business is huge and because of which don't have personal & family time. Can't enjoy vacations or outing with family & friends. Can't enjoy personal hobbies.
13. Non availablity of correct data or facts & figures for taking crucial business decisions and future business forecasting which results in taking no action for business growth and hence future looks unclear.
