Problem:

Abhijeet Power was storing its service information in Excel. So, it was difficult for them to track how many services have given to each customer. It was difficult for them to find out which technician has assigned for each service. Many times they were not able to track the service date of the customer. So, they were not able to deliver service to their customer on time.

Abhijeet Power was not able to track which customer AMC service would expire on which date. They were not giving alerts to their customer related to their expiry. It was making delay in AMC renewal. So, the customer was making complaints to the manager. They were not getting AMC renewal from customers. All these things were affecting the productivity and efficiency of technicians.

Now, Abhijeet Power stores its service information in our AMC Service Management Software. They monitor AMC service of customers according to Today, Week, Month and Year, etc on the dashboard of our software. They keep track of which technician has appointed for which AMC service. They keep their watch on how many AMC service has given to each customer. So, the customer does not lose any of their AMC services. They provide timely AMC service delivery to customers.

Now, They see the AMC expiry date of the customer according to Today, Week, Month, and Year on the dashboard of our AMC software. Our AMC management software sends alert messages to customers whose AMC service will be expired on this month. So that, they can take action on time. So, Customers do not make delays in AMC renewal.
