Authentication Methods
ServeWell CRM offers multiple authentication methods like OAuth Based Authentication and Password-based authentication for enabling and disabling an account.
Customer who signs with username and password can use Two Factor Authentication method. They can provide additional security for their account using this feature.
Data Centre Security
TLS 1.2 Data Encryption
All traffic between ServeWell CRM Customer and Server is encrypted using TLS 1.2 Data Encryption Algorithm. We secure our communication over the internet using TLS 1.2 Data Encryption Algorithm. We use AES cipher for encryption all our communication. We use the long-term private key to protect our system from intruders.
Application Level Security
Our software encrypts your password. Your employee can not view your password. If you are not able to remember your password, then you cannot retrieve this password. But, you can reset your password.
All pages in our AMC service management software require SSL. No one can steal your data in transmission.
Your password must be secure to protect your data. You can learn new techniques to set a strong password for our software. Never share your password and username with anyone.
You should make your password complex and change it after a certain period.
We never ask for your password via phone or any other mode.
Physical Security
At workplace
In our Company, we give admission to our employees with proper assessment and proper screening process only. Only the technically able person operates and handle the system with proper training and multiple security checks undergoes in the process.
At Data Centers
At our data centers, our engineers monitor the cooling, networking, and storage of our system. We maintain an access log of our system. Our engineer monitors the activity of the data center.
Only our trusted people are working in our data center. These people need to pass biometric authentication before entering our data center. Also these people have necessary knowledge and information to operate Servers.

Only registered users and technicians can sign in to your software. When you turn on this feature, then we verify you in two ways. First, We ask for a password. Then we ask for OTP that comes on registered Mobile.(Additional feature if needed)

No Ads
We do not place Ads or any marketing promotion in our software. We do not use our customer data for advertisement. We do not use data which customer store in our cloud.
Access Transparency
Our team gives reasons behind problems when users are not able to log in to our system.
You can delete or add your customer information to our software at any time. Also you can download your data in Excel Format (Only Super Admin User) from ur end only. There is no dependency onto us for this.

1. We have discussed what security we provide from our end. Now, we discuss as a customer how you can protect our software.
2. You can set a password to your software that includes Capital letters, Small letters, Numbers, Special Characters etc.
3. You can update your browser according to their latest versions. Our advice is you should use Google Chrome. It provides the best security among all browsers. Install Good reputed Antivirus on your systems. So that, you can protect your system from malware and virus.
4. Do not open any unfamiliar emails in your inbox. Do not open unwanted links to ads. They may steal your business information.

Operational security
Back-Up
We take frequent back up of our AMC Management Software in the Amazon Secured Cloud using an automation solution. We use a 256-bit algorithm to encrypt data in our software. We have provided a provision in the Software itself where Super Admin User can export there data in Excel format at their end only without any dependency on us. You can store your data on your local disk. We use Redundant Array of Independent Disk (RAID) in our software.

DDoS Prevention
AMC Management Software use high-fi technology to protect servers from DDOS attacks. It protects our server from unwanted traffic. It always delivers trustful traffic on our servers. This technology keeps our website, software and API always performing.
